Daniel Higgins Clegg


Pronouns: He/Him/His

Daniel is a founding member of Out in Finance and co-chair of the Pride Alliance at William Blair, where he has worked for 12 years.  Daniel was a co-chair of Booth Pride while completing his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and continues to be involved with ROMBA (Reaching Out MBA).  He believes “Our community still has a lot of ground to cover in this industry.  It’s critical to create a network amongst LGBTQ+ financial professionals to facilitate mentoring, growth, advancement, and inclusion as both employees and clients.“

Dru Holmquist


Pronouns: He/Him/His

Dru is a founding member of Out in Finance, and has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years.  At Nuveen Dru launched the Chicago chapter of their LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), and then transition to be the National Co-Chair overseeing six chapters and almost 500 members.  Dru also volunteers on the Chicago Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Steering Committee, and Co-Chairs the HRC Chicago Corporate Committee.  Dru has a passion to create LGBTQ+ welcoming corporate cultures, and help provide environments that allow individuals to live as their authentic selves.

Jovan Marconi


Pronouns: He/Him/His

Jovan is a founding member of Out in Finance and is the Head of Investment Technology at Legal and General Investment Management of America (LGIMA). Jovan is a co-chair for the LGIMA Culture Working Group which promotes diversity and inclusion across the organization, and he is passionate about improving LGBTQ+ inclusion and visibility within the Financial Services industry. Jovan is involved in building partnerships within the industry, at universities, and within the community to change perceptions of the industry.

Dustin Rigsby


Pronouns: He/Him/His

Dustin is a founding member of Out in Finance, and is Vice President at Golub Capital on the Change Management team.  Prior to Golub Capital, Dustin co-founded and co-led PrideConnect, Mesirow Financial's LGBTQ Business Resource Group (BRG), and guided the firm to a perfect score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI).  Dustin also serves on the executive board of United Pride, the LGBTQ resource group for United Way of Metropolitan Chicago.
