Riti is a founding member of Out in Finance and has spent her career focused on talent development and small business consulting. She brings a wealth of experience in non-profit event planning to our organization, having planned some of Out in Finance’s inaugural events. She is fulfilled by the many conversations she has with members of our community and is driven to empower individuals to find authenticity and passion within their careers. Having grown up moving around the world with her family, Riti loves to travel and taste foods of all cuisines. She now calls Chicago home, living in Avondale with her husband, son, and their little zoo – two pups and a kitty.
