Paige LaCour is responsible for leading Community Engagement programs and initiatives at William Blair and has been with the firm since 2014. She manages William Blair’s employee gift-matching and board matching programs as well as firmwide volunteerism with local and global charities. Paige oversees a signature grants program which deploys catalytic human and financial capital in communities around the world and helps to inspire the next generation of philanthropists among colleagues and peers.

Paige serves as Founding Co-Chair and Honorary Advisor of the William Blair Pride Alliance, an employee business resource group created 2017 to cultivate a supportive culture for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Paige’s passion for creating more inclusive workspaces led to her role as a founding board member of Out in Finance, where she currently serves as Director of Communications in addition to her role on the governing board.

Paige earned B.A.’s in both Anthropology and English from Indiana University and earned a certificate in Museum Studies through Northwestern University. Paige recently received a Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Management from Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.
