Melvin Moothen is a seasoned public finance with over ten years of experience in debt financing for state and local governments. His career is distinguished by substantial contributions to major infrastructure financing projects across the United States. Currently, he serves as a Vice President at Bank of America in their Healthcare, Education, and Not-for-Profit group. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Oregon University, a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) and an MBA from Northeastern University. He most recently completed an Executive Master’s in Public Administration at the University of Washington.
