Kosta Triantafillakos is an auditor at Ernst & Young and holds an MS in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. He joined Out in Finance in 2022 and is the Inaugural Boston Market Lead. He’s actively involved in Unity, the LGBTQIA+ ERG at EY. In addition, he’s the President of a local queer organization, the GALA Bowling League. Kosta focuses on fostering connections, organizing impactful events, and empowering professionals to thrive both personally and professionally. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kosta works to create spaces where LGBTQIA+ individuals can share experiences, network, and collaborate on advancing representation and belonging within the industry. Through his leadership, the Boston market continues to grow as a hub for professional development, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue.
