Jovan is a founding member of Out in Finance and is the VP, Head of Investment Systems Strategies, at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation. Prior to Inland, Jovan was the co-chair for the Legal and General Investment Management of America (LGIM America) Culture Working Group, which promoted diversity and inclusion across the organization. Jovan is passionate about improving LGBTQ+ inclusion, equity, and visibility within the Financial Services industry. He is involved in building partnerships within the industry, at universities, and within the community.
