Fostering Inclusivity

Thursday, June 1 – Out in Finance and EY invite you to join us for a look at the evolution of LGBTQ+ acceptance within the Financial Services industry from the perspective of a multi-generational panel from different backgrounds.

Our speakers will discuss their employers’ initiatives toward building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce, specifically geared toward the LGBTQ+ community. We will dive into the return on investment of these initiatives and explore their impact on the financial services industry. We invite you to join us for this important conversation and leave with a better understanding of what it means to be out and supported in the workplace.

This event will take place on Thursday, June 1, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. ET (doors open at 5:30) with time for networking after the panel discussion. We will serve free food and drinks for those that attend in person. The panel discussion is also available to listen to online.
