Dru is a founding member of Out in Finance, and has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years. At Nuveen Dru launched the Chicago chapter of their LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), and then transitioned to be the National Co-Chair overseeing six chapters and almost 500 members. Dru also volunteered on the Chicago Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Steering Committee, and Co-Chaired the HRC Chicago Corporate Committee. Dru currently heads up the DEI efforts at his employer, Cutter Associates, and has a passion to create LGBTQ+ welcoming corporate cultures where individuals can be their authentic selves.
