Daniel is a founding member of Out in Finance and served as co-chair of the Pride Alliance during his time at William Blair, moving the firm from #10 to #3 on Vault’s rankings of LGBT inclusivity amongst investment firms in one year. Daniel was co-chair of Booth Pride while completing his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and continues to be involved with ROMBA – a non-profit organization focused on LGBTQ MBA students and alumni. He believes “Our community still has a lot of ground to cover in this industry. It’s critical to create a network amongst LGBTQ+ financial professionals to facilitate mentoring, growth, advancement, and inclusion as both employees and clients.”
