Tristan Geiser began his career at CNA Insurance in 2016 as an Accounting Intern. After completing his senior year at the University of Iowa, Tristan was hired on full-time as an Accounting Rotational Business Associate, where he completed three different rotations.

Tristan is currently a Business Process Senior Consultant within CNA’s Underwriting Shared Services organization and the External Affairs Chair of Pride@CNA, CNA’s employee resource group for LGBTQ employees and their allies.

Tristan earned his bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from the Tippie College of Business, and was a founding member of Reaching OUT in Business, an LGBTQ+ business-focused student organization in the College of Business. In addition to serving as Out in Finance’s Controller, Tristan is on the Citywide Pride Leadership Council and a Co-Chair for Link USA’s Chicago Steering Committee.
