Dustin is a founding member of Out in Finance, and is Vice President of Change Management at Golub Capital. Prior to Golub Capital, Dustin was a Marketing Specialist at Mesirow Financial where he co-founded and co-led the firm’s PrideConnect business resource group, and guided the firm to a perfect score on the HRC Corporate Equality Index. Dustin earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Dustin calls Chicago home and is passionate about advancing diversity, equity and inclusion at work and in the community.
