Cory Highshaw has been with U.S. Bank since 2012, building a career focused on relationship-driven banking, digital innovation, and inclusive financial growth. Most recently, he served as a Business Banking Relationship Manager for the State of Wisconsin before stepping into his current role as Business Credit Card Consultant in March 2025.

Throughout his tenure, Cory has consistently prioritized exceptional client experiences, the strategic use of digital platforms to drive growth, and the development and training of team members at all levels. His leadership approach is grounded in collaboration—leveraging branch and community partners to deliver comprehensive financial and regulatory guidance—while leading with expertise, transparency, and example, particularly during the evolving challenges of the post-COVID financial landscape.
