Greg brings over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, and compliance. He is currently on secondment with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as part of the RBC US Intra-Group Governance team, where he contributes to cross-border and intra-company regulatory and operational initiatives. Prior to this, Greg spent seven years at City National Bank (a Los Angeles-based bank wholly owned by RBC), holding roles in Client Servicing, Legal, and Risk Management.

Greg holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from New England Law | Boston, complemented by a Certificate in Compliance and Risk Management. Beyond his professional expertise, he is deeply committed to LGBTQ+ advocacy. At City National Bank, he served in leadership roles within the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, fostering inclusive workplace initiatives. While at New England Law, he held leadership positions in the LGBTQ+ Student Affinity Group, promoting community support and visibility. Additionally, during his time at New England Law, he founded the Identity Affirmation Project—a student-led pro bono initiative assisting transgender and nonbinary individuals with probate name changes in Massachusetts.
