Radhika Arora is Head of Talent Acquisition at AlphaQuest, a $2.5bn quantitative hedge fund headquartered in NYC. Prior to joining AlphaQuest, Radhika worked at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund, as their Head of Technology Talent Acquisition where she grew the global technology team from ~50 to over 250. At Schonfeld, Radhika was a founding member of the Diversity Council along with Co-Chair of the Pride ERG. Prior, Radhika worked at a recruiting agency focused on hiring technologists for the financial sector. Radhika joined Out in Finance in 2022 and is currently the Secretary. Radhika holds a Bachelors of Science in Communication from Cornell University.
